Authors are requested to submit an abstract to the Organizing Committee by May 4^th 2023. The abstract must be written according to these guidelines:

1. The abstract must contain the following section: title, author list, affiliation, and email correspondence; the original article must include: the Introduction including the study aims, the Method used including statistics, Results, Discussion including conclusion (IMRAD); for other types of the article must be written in summary
2. Below the abstract, separate by space, write keywords (3-5) in alphabetical order and lowercase
3. The abstract must have no longer than 250 words
4. The abstract should be written concisely and clearly in English and Indonesian, in Times New Roman, 12 pt, doesn’t contain abbreviations, and 1st space.

[IMPORTANT] To submit an abstract, authors must register first, then they can submit their abstracts by logging in on this site (Menu ” Submission System” then “Login”. The manuscripts (full papers) should be submitted only after the abstracts are accepted. The paper must be submitted before June 4^th 2023. Please go to the “Submissions System” Menu and then “Login” to submit the full paper. Selected papers will be published in international proceedings (Indexed by WoS/ Scopus) and/or Accredited National and/or international journals. the article will review in double blind method.
Therefore, the author should follow the template for international proceedings for the author should follow the template. The papers should be written in English and must be between 4 to 6 pages.
The author who should publish a manuscript in an accredited National journal (Medika Kartika Journal) can follow the guideline.
The author who should publish a manuscript in Acta Medica Health Sciences can follow the guideline.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
1. Guideline Poster:
– File Name: Poster – Participant Name – Institution – Poster title
– Size: 1.080 x 1.920 px
– Format: PDF / PNG / JPG

2. Guidelines Poster Video Presentation
– File Name: Poster – Participant Name – Institution – Poster title
– Size: MP4 / AVI
– Duration: 3 – 5 Minutes
– Resolution: Min 360p,  Max 720p
– Poster and Video presentation must be in English
3. Video must upload to pit.fk.unjani.ac.id/2023/poster
4. All participants who submit videos agree that the video will be uploaded on Youtube FK UNJANI OFFICIAL Channel
5. QnA on the registration website account

Oral Presentation Guidelines
1. Guidelines video presentation:
– File Name: Oral presentation – Participant name – Institution – Title
– Format: MP4 / AVI
– Duration: 5 – 8 Minutes
– Resolution: 360 – 720 px
– the video is recorded in the Zoom application with a power point screen, and the presenter must turn on the video
– the video recording must be in English
2. Video must upload to pit.fk.unjani.ac.id/2023/oral
3. All participants who submit videos agree that the video will be uploaded on Youtube FK UNJANI OFFICIAL Channel
3. QnA on the registration website account
